We stayed with our 2 boys aged 5 and 8 for a 5 day city break. We needed a great location and a spacious apartment and this certainly delivered.
Location is amazing 100m from Spanish steps in a lovely building with great character. The bedrooms were large and the beds were huge. Living room/kitchen has a comfy sofa but being internal, it didn't have any windows other than to a dark lightwell but it felt bright and airy enough. Air con in every room was good. Kitchen had everything you need.
The only slight negative is that being on the 1st floor and facing a restaurant, it was noisy on Saturday night until past midnight and then quite a bit of noise early in the morning with street cleaning. It wasn't too much of a problem as with small children, we are early risers and to be honest, you will always get noise if you want to stay in a city centre so you cant really complain. If that bothers you, then don't stay centrally in the city.
The property managers were great with communications and super helpful.
I would highly recommend this place
