Mohlo to byť aj lepšie, problém s parkovaním, staršie vybavenie, staré okná, sieťka proti komárom na okne deravá(po domácky vyrobená), klimatizácia špinavá (aby sme mohli existovať bolo treba vyčistiť), no proste viac investovať do komfortu, a nie len brať zvýšené trhové ceny, ktoré sú potom neadekvátne kvalite. Výhľad bol jedine ten ktorý nás nenechal zbaliť sa a odísť.
