The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, a dining room with seating for eight people, a sitting room with a TV, a second sitting room with a TV and electric fire stove, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite with walk-in shower, basin and WC, a first floor twin zip-link (can be set up as a super-king-size on request) and a twin attic room, alongside a bathroom with clawfoot bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Child friendly property with a highchair, travel cot and 2 x stairgates available on request Outside, there is an enclosed patio garden with furniture and off-road parking for three cars, plus roadside parking. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.2, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Ladder stairs to the second floor are not suitable for young children or those with mobility issues. Note: If the second-floor twin is set up as a super-king please bear in mind that there will be limited space beside the bed. Note: Sloping ceiling on second floor. Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The town of Penrhyn Bay is situated on the North Wales coast and offers a sandy beach, shops, a pub and two churches. Just three miles away is the town of Llandudno, which lies between two headlands, the Great Orme and the Little Orme. The town offers two superb beaches, one with a wide promenade backed by an imposing crescent of Victorian hotels, and the other a quieter sandy beach that’s backed by sand dunes and has superb views towards Anglesey. Angel Bay is also a great attraction, where seals return each year. Take a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, peruse the selection of shops, pubs, restaurants and cafés or enjoy a performance at Venue Cymru. The nearby Llandudno Junction is great for families as it boasts its own cinema and family restaurants. Close by is the historic town of Conwy where you can marvel at its impressive castle before immersing yourself in the past at Plas Mawr or roaming the town walls. Snowdonia National Park is a short scenic drive away and houses a myriad of exciting outdoor activities as well as walking and hiking trails which reward visitors with breath-taking views.
