First night in Madrid

Pleasant, well situated & appointed. Coffee was plentiful & greatly appreciated. Bed comfortable. Mgr attended 10 mins after arrival notification call. Hallway a bit noisy late at night. Key didn’t work in security gate, so that was challenging & water pressure in shower.

Buena relación calidad precio

Está bien para pasar pocos días y solo para dormir,es un bajo sin vistas a la calle,algo oscuro pero con una temperatura agradable en invierno.Está bien para el precio que tiene,lo mejor es la ubicación,tiene varios comercios y bares alrededor ,la zona es tranquila y está cerca del centro

Bien situado , fácil desplazamientos y accesos.chico que nos recibió muy atento. No me gustó estado de mobiliario cocina y baño..puertas sueltas o a punto de caer Conserje demasiado ruidoso muy temprano ,ya que no respeta descanso dando haciendo excesivo ruido con los contenedores.

Apartamento poco luminoso, las dos ventanas que tenia no subian bien la persianas. Sucio y poco mantenido, a parte con alguna cucaracha. Ni para recomendar ni volver a repetir

Property was not finished, bathroom door was not trimmed every time it opened and closed drywall dust was scattered everywhere. The ceiling fan didn’t work, The light switches were awkward half the buttons didn’t work. The building was not sound proofed at all. TV only had radio tv channels. Property was very much over priced for what it was. Very glad it was one night in transit would not recommend for a family,
