Grewelthorpe lies between the unspoiled market town of Masham, 4 miles away, and the historic city of Ripon, 7 miles. Also easily accessible by car is the popular spa town of Harrogate and Pateley Bridge, a previous winner of the 'High Street of the Year'. Other very popular local attractions include stunning Brimham Rocks, Fountains Abbey and Studley Royal World Heritage Site, the Yorkshire Dales and North York Moors National Parks, Ripley Castle, breweries in Masham and endless scenic views. Slightly further afield is the North Yorkshire coastline and the fascinating city of York.
