The size was great, and the location was close to a tube stop which was nice. The bathrooms were ok. The hallway shower is super small. The main shower had some problems for us not draining, but they were able to fix. The location worked, but we had to tube, cab or walk to most sites. We were away for most of the day and couldn't easily pop back into the flat. They did our pre-shopping, but did not get the full list.

We stayed Sat thru Sat. The location is great and we were able to check in early. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minute walk. Natural History museum is about a 10min walk. Directly across from Knightsbridge Picadilly Line. They were responsive to any needs or questions. Down fall there is only a washer, no dryer as listed. There is no central AC, but they have portable units. Bad news is you have keep the windows open for the exhaust tubes which means you hear all the street noise and cars. TV kept buffering, so difficult to watch anything. The bed were stiff and felt like a Queen size rather than King as listed in Master. Unit is pretty spacious. The building is old and elevators are slow, we still had a great time!

I also wanted to thank you for pointing out the issues with the amenities. There was indeed a listing error regarding the dryer, and we've now corrected it to avoid any confusion for future guests.
As for the building, yes, it definitely has that classic London charm! It’s a bit older, and the lifts can be slow at times, but everything functions well and we do our best to keep it comfortable and well-equipped so guests can enjoy a pleasant stay right in the heart of the city with a more affordable rate.
