Great Multi-Family Getaway!! Waterfront - 5 BR's

This spacious 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home provides an outstanding location for family fun.

Enjoy the water from the dock or park your boat in one of the boat slips after a session of water fun. The dock includes two boat slips, one covered and one uncovered. The large dock has deep water year-round.
Rental includes one kayak and two stand-up paddle boards.

Our home is perfect for accommodating mutliple families. The main level of this 3-story home includes a large family room that opens onto a screened porch overlooking the lake. In addition to a well-equipped kitchen, the main level includes a family room, the master bedroom with a queen bed and large jacuzzi tub, a dining room and half bath. Enjoy eating on the deck with views of the lake.

The upstairs includes two bedrooms (queen+twin & king+twin) and a full bathroom. The downstairs includes a second family room with a pool table, two bedrooms (queen & 2-twins) and a full bathroom. The downstairs family room opens onto a large patio with a picnic table.

The house was perfect. We have some family in Davidson area so the home was perfect to meet for dinner and relaxing. There was dining room table snd tablea on the deck. Fishing off the dock was wonderful. Great set up. More than enough bedrooms and watching the sun set at night was beautiful

The property was comfortable and accommodated our needs. A bit pricey for just three of us but booked late for a holiday weekend. Appreciated the deep water at the covered dock for fishing. Reorganized the kitchen as it was in a bit of disarray and small for a house able to sleep so many.

I stayed at John's place for a weekend with several friends to celebrate graduating med school! The home was exactly as it is listed and was perfect. The home was clean and there was a ton of seating inside and outside for everyone to spread out. Each bedroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We grilled, swam, fished, and played many card games at the kitchen table. The home was stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, paper products, etc. which made life easier and the paddle boards went to good use! I would recommend this home to anyone wanting to visit Lake Norman.

The house was the perfect spot for our church staff and elders group to have our annual retreat. There was plenty of space for everyone, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, beds and furniture are clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to rain, we weren't able to make our way to the dock, but the view was lovely and the screened-in porch was an added bonus. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great spot on LKN!

We had such a great time at this house. It’s the perfect rental - comfortable and had all the essentials. The kids had so much fun playing in the lake and the grown ups could lounge on the dock. John is an awesome host - super helpful and responsive. We will be back!!

Super nice and clean lake home. Well equipped kitchen with new appliances. Nice, spacious bedrooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Plenty of extra towels in the bathrooms! Such a pretty neighborhood and quiet lake front. We enjoyed the serenity of the lake and that we were close to all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for! The canoe and paddle boards are an added bonus. The deck area on the dock was our favorite spot! We would definitely book again.
