not the best location

The apartment has been modernized and was comfortable and nice to have 3 separate bathrooms for our group of 8. It does not have air-conditioning or fans and windows have no screens and considering location was entirely clean there it attracted flies. Cleanliness of the apartment itself wasn't bad, it was quite good, but I admittedly have very high standards on cleanliness. Location was disappointing. It is very far to central london - all the shops and attractions, it is closer to the airport if you are willing to pay for cab or uber. It is in the middle of pakistani village which has amazing pakistani food, and market for the indian/pakistani clothing, fruit market and restaurants. The down side is that the neighborhood itself is dirty, piles of rubbish in the streets, front yards and between buildings. It was such a long ways from central London by public transportation I would not recommended if central London and attractions is your destination. If you are planning only on a overnight stay close to the airport then, this may be the perfect place for you.
