A modern, 2 levels vacation home with one bedroom with queen size bed and a second one with two single beds can be found on the first level. A living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 6 persons with splendid sea view, can be found on the first level. The room on the second level can be used as a bedroom or secondary living area offers great views to the sea. On each floor you can find a bathroom.
A large veranda offers unique, panoramic view to the sea and the bay of Vouliagmeni.
*Rate includes free Internet Access, VAT & all Taxes except for the Climate Resilience Tax.

**A Climate Resilience Tax of 8.00 eur per room, per night from April to October (2.00 eur per room, per night from November to March) is not included in the rate and it is payable to the property upon arrival.

Vouliagmeni is an awesome vacation destination. Panos, Sophia and Christos were fantastic. The apartment was so clean and comfortable we didn't want to leave. We plan to return to Greece and Vouliagmeni is perfect. We all loved it and will return again.

Beach vacation close to Athens

Great location with restaurants, ice cream place 3 minutes walk from apartment. View from terrace is outstanding. Slept well in bedrooms- quite, dark, good air conditioning. Property manager speaks great English and is very helpful. Great beaches nearby. All around, our beach vacation in Vouliagmeni exceeded our expectations.

Very well located in a beautiful neighbourhood of Vouliagmeni with a magical view of the sea from the terrace. Great to have drinks with friends at night. The twisting staircases to get up to the apartment are the only negative.

The neighborhood is peaceful, with amazing view to the sea, but so close to the center. In 150m from the apartment guests can find cafe bars, restaurants, waffles and ice cream. Sandy beaches, organized or not are only 300m away. And lake Vouliagmeni is just 700 m away.

What makes this property unique


Our holiday home has just been fully renovated. Cosisting of two levels, on the first floor you will find two bedrooms, a comfortable living area with a large couch and dining table for 6 persons, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub.
On the second floor there is a living area with double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower and a large veranda with panoramic view over the bay of Vouliagmeni.
This apartment is part of a complex of houses. The apartment is only accessible through stairs.
