Villa Chinamar is an impressive 4 bedroom property furnished to a high standard, with spectacular mountain views. The house is around 20 minutes' walk, or a little over 5 minutes' drive, from the Playa Blanca Resort Centre with its huge choice of shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. What's more, the chic Rubicon Marina, where you can enjoy a meal at one of the restaurants overlooking the yachts, is 10 minutes' drive away. WiFi, air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms and a heated pool are included.
Villa Chinamar is a semi-detached property situated in the Los Chalets residential development, around 20 minutes' walk, or just a little over 5 minutes' drive, from the centre of Playa Blanca. Here you'll find a selection of shops, bars, restaurants and the beach.
