Luxurious 4 bedroom family Villa set in the desirable Montana Roja area of Playa Blanca. Walking distance to Playa Flamingo with Panoramic Sea & Mountain views from the Roof Terrace. Approached through private gated drive & courtyard. Spacious & professionally designed & furnished home to relax in comfort. Master suite & en suite with private solarium. Double bedroom & two further twin bed rooms. There are two further bathrooms. The villa has an indoor & outdoor dining room. There are two large shaded relaxation terraces. Air conditioned through out & features free wifi & international TV package. Outside there is a large sun terrace, with loungers, multiple relaxation areas & private heated pool (optional extra) The roof terrace enjoys a lovely sea, town & mountain vista to luxuriate in picture perfect sunsets or play pool or table tennis ‘al fresco’. No entertaining is allowed in the property. Please do not leave the air con on during the day it is provided for your use for bed time if required arrival time after 4pm & departure time is 10am. Bedding and towels are provided. For stays longer than 7 days fresh bedding & towels will then be provided. The villa is alarmed & you will be required to set the alarm every time you leave the villa. The pool has the optional extra of pool heating for a daily charge should you wish.

We stayed for 14 nights at this lovely villa in playa Blanca. The villa was very well equipped and provided a very comfortable stay, the beds especially were super comfy. The villa itself is very spacious benefiting from air con and plenty of wardrobe/drawer space.The outside areas are lovely with different areas to sit and relax both in the sun and under the shade. The pool is a great size with easy steps down. We stayed in April so opted for pool heating which was a great investment as the water temperature was lovely. The villa is situated in a great location close to playa flamingo and a short distance to the playa Blanca shops and promenade restaurants. The water park is at the end of the street too.We all had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this villa. Victoria is a fantastic host, very responsive and attentive. It was very clear that love has gone into this property to make it very homely and welcoming to guests. Victoria provided a welcome pack for essentials and also a breakfast board full of fresh fruits, pastries and pancakes that was very much appreciated and delicious. Thank you so much Victoria for making our stay so special and we would love to book the villa again

Luxury in Lanzarote

Stayed in this very well appointed 4 bedroom villa with a fabulous heated pool. Lots to do, pool table on the rooftop terrace, table tennis and football to mention just a few of the activities available. It really felt like we were home from home, not in a holiday rental. A really well appointed property with a lovely owner!

We had an amazing 2 week holiday in Montana Vista. We were a family of 6 and the villa more than accommodated us all. The place is amazingly well equipped with so many personal touches throughout. I have never stayed in a place that has such a good owner who really ensures that your stay is a memorable one.Montana Vista is really well located for all that Playa Blanca has to offer. We hired a car but could've easily coped without one.All 4 bedrooms had amazingly comfortable beds which we all loved and all 4 bedrooms had Aircon fitted. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, it's awesome!

Wonderful villa

Villa Montana was the most wonderful relaxing space to spend 2 weeks in the sun. Every possible thing you could want was on hand including plenty of seating areas, lovely heated pool, roof top pool table, full tv package even including pay per view sports. The support and information provided by the owners was second to none. Will absolutely be going back

Het is een prachtige, iets gedateerde, villa op loopafstand (ca. 700 meter) van het strand van Playa Flamingo met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Daarnaast een ruime tuin op het zuiden met privé zwembad. Met de eigenaresse was een goed communicatie (op afstand) en stond gelijk klaar om eventuele problemen op te lossen. De schoonmaak had wel wat beter gekund. Er waren wat plekken die door de schoonmaak waren overgeslagen. De douches zouden wel verbeterd kunnen worden, de douchekoppen pasten niet goed in de houders, waardoor deze bij het voluit aanzetten alle kanten opvloog. Wij bevelen deze villa zeker aan en zullen deze in de toekomst zeker nog een keer reserveren.
