Newly Remodeled Large Light-Filled Ironwood Country Club Condo

Quiet unit at the end of a cul-de-sac in the Lake Vista Villa section of Palm Desert’s prestigious 800-acre Ironwood Country Club (where seasonal memberships are available for social, golf, tennis and/or health clubs). This light-filled gem offers you a welcoming place to escape with beautiful views of the Santa Rosa Mountains from the front and side patios and also of the Coachella Valley spread out below from the back patio.

The welcoming unit includes a huge master bedroom with a king size bed, a large guest room with both a queen and a twin bed, a living room, a dining area and a cozy-den next to an enclosed interior courtyard.

A one minute walk brings you to your choice of two pools for swimming. And if it’s action you want rather than relaxation, you’re about one mile from Palm Desert’s famous El Paseo Street, the premier shopping district filled with restaurants, shops and art galleries.

The unit just underwent a major makeover for the 2024 season including. new and reupholstered furniture in living room, dining room and den; both bathrooms retiled - along with the fireplace; new 50-inch smart tv's hung on walls; all interior walls and ceilings repainted, new towels, linens, and dinnerware added.

There is a minimum stay of 1-month required by the HOA and I have a personal requirement of 2 months which need to start in either January or March. If the rental begins in February, it needs to be a minimum of 3 months for the rental.

Every thing in the condo was old.

This unit was freshly painted just prior to the 2018 high season when brand new stainless steel appliances were installed in the kitchen, new washer and drier put in, new pots, pans and linens purchased, new beds brought in and a restaging of furniture took place. As any potential renter can see from the photos, the furniture is not brand new but it is in very good shape, very clean and comfortable. FOR WHAT IT’S WORTH, THIS IS A GUEST WHO BROKE HOUSE RULES, GOT CAUGHT AND IS UNHAPPY BECAUSE IT COST HIM ADDITIONAL MONEY SO HE IS TRYING TO GET BACK AT ME. He brought a dog there despite a house rule prohibiting pets and tried to hide it from me but one of my neighbors let me know after they heard the dog barking like crazy. The renter acknowledged knowing the policy when I called him about it then threw a fit when I told him he’d have to pay for an extra commercial cleaning and steaming of all upholstered furniture. According to VRBO I could have kicked them out immediately and kept their money. I chose not to do that but clearly he still felt the need to lash out at me and so left this review.
