Nothing negative or lacking here. Very spacious, well equipped, clean unit right next to the pool. The patio facing the golf course enjoys the morning sun. Would definitely return! Host was very easy to communicate with as well.

It was very warm in Palm Desert during our stay. No surprise there. It was a godsend having the nicely landscaped pool just steps away from our unit. We had it to ourselves and put it to good use. This was a very clean and beautifully furnished property and entry and exiting of the country club was a breeze. In addition, it was very convenient having the Ralph’s supermarket just a short drive away.

I was completely impressed. I expected when I arrived at this house. It would look different from the pictures, but it’s identical to the pictures. It’s very beautiful very spacious. It’s in a good location right next to a pool. If I had questions I was able to contact the owner and I received a response immediately. We are definitely planning our trip for next year.

This is our second time staying here. We love this unit. The location, the complex, the pool are all awesome. The unit is very well stocked with cleaning supplies, towels and the addition of the duvet comforter was a great addition. The bbq is great and the view from this unit is so beautiful. Will stay again!

I come every year to the desert and this place, by far, was the nicest. We so appreciated the upgraded furniture, bedding, kitchen appliances and nice wine glasses!The condo was extremely quiet and the views from the patio were so peaceful...I couldn't find fault with anything (and I am in the hospitality business and extremely picky).We will definitely be back!

loved this place! the neighborhood is quiet, the house is spacious, and the hosts responded in a timely manner!if it matters to you, the owners provided a handful of towels, toilet paper, extra blankets,and even shower products (like shampoo, conditioner, and body wash)

If 6 stars was a choice, I'd have chosen that. Incredibly well-equipped kitchen. Beautifully furnished, outstanding artwork and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Great location by pool and nice views of the golf course. Some properties I rent meet my expectations; this condo exceeded them. Communication with owner was timely and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay.

We really enjoyed the spaciousness and comfort of the property. Our host was very accommodating and provided a memory foam topper for the bed I slept on after I mentioned I had chronic pain issues, definitely above and beyond what I have experienced at other vacation rentals. Having the pool and hot tub steps from the unit was awesome as well. It’s a great location with all of the conveniences one needs for a great vacation.

Overall, this is a wonderful property. The house was immaculate and well organized. I loved the patio view which overlooks two very expansive golf holes at the Palm Valley CC. This townhome sits on a hillside and has a wonderful view of the morning sunrise. The home includes the use of a very nice garage. I don't like parking in the driveway or a remote parking lot, so this was much appreciated. This townhome is very nicely decorated with "Tommy Bahama" style furnishings. The kitchen includes anything and everything one needs for cooking. I didn't use the BBQ but noticed that, too, was as "clean as a whistle." The house also borders a community pool, so the immediate access to that facility is a big bonus if the renter enjoys that feature. The entire community of Palm Valley is like one beautiful park with gardens and flowers. The renter also is able to use the facilities of the Palm Valley CC,including the olympic pool and dining room. However, the rental does not include the ability to play golf at the club. For golf, one needs to play with a member.My wife and I have been renting VRBO's for the past 20 years, and I think this is one of the nicest properties that we have stayed in.
