Lovely cottage

We enjoyed our stay in this quirky cottage. Lovely view, comfortable beds, charming patio, well equipped kitchen. Fascinating area to explore and wonderful walks on the doorstep. It would be helpful to have known that the bathroom was downstairs, and the nearest car park is a good 8-minute walk up a steep hill!

Lovely little cottage

The cottage is delightful - comfortable, clean and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. It is very well located in the village and has a lovely outdoor sitting area. The kitchen is very well equipped. The owner was very responsive to queries. Polruan is a very special place.

Beautiful place

We loved Polruan. The view from the cottage is spectacular over the harbour and Fowey. There are beautiful walks on your doorstep. The cottage is very cosy, the bed very comfy and we enjoyed the local shops and pub. Everyone we met was very friendly. We would love to come back.

House had everything we needed. Very quaint, loved it. Would book again. Word of caution- definitely not suitable for those with access needs. My 2yr old was able to navigate stairs and baby not crawling so it worked for us. Would have been slightly more on edge with a newly walking toddler.

Beutifull views from almost every room

Lovely position. Very steep walks to house from amenities. Bedroom window wouldn’t open! Had problem with shower as wouldn’t work when I first got there. managed to get mgr to get Electrition to fix it. Got extra night for shower problem. Over all I really enjoyed being there with my dog and would stay there again. Great for a dog as lots of walking close by.

Short Break

This property is set on a steep incline with steps up to the property and no parking near the property. You can park in a public pay and display car park which is a 10 minute walk away. The property is on a split level with the kitchen and bathroom downstairs and the bedrooms and lounge upstairs. The heating was not great with no heating in the second bedroom. It’s quite peaceful and the walks are nice but you need good mobility and a car to see the surrounding area.
