This 2 level house is 120 square meters.
You will have your own entrance but you will share the parking space with other tenants.
Your patio has privacy and you have access to the shared yard and rest of the farm
The two levels of the house are connected with stairs but there is no door on the bedroom on the first floor
Double sofa bed in the living room which is on the ground floor is of high quality
Hot water is through electric boiler , so you have to turn on the switch and wait for about 15 minutes.
You can do your shopping at Lixouri although there are mini markets closer or towards the beach
