Thalia Villas is located in Moussata, 15 km. From Argostoli, the capital of Kefalonia and is a complex of 4 villas, surrounded by trees, with a stunning view of the neighboring countryside, Eno and the opposite sea in Zakynthos.

Each luxury villa has two floors and accommodates 6 people. They are air-conditioned throughout and are located in a large garden. They have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms - two en-suite, living room with fireplace, internet, satellite TV and DVD player, kitchen with hob, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher and coffee maker. Each has a large courtyard with a private pool, deckchairs, pergola, barbecue and balcony on the first floor. There is private parking.

Shops and taverns are a short walk away and the beach just 5 minutes.

Plan:
Villa Thalia has a large open-plan living room with kitchen and dining area. Patio doors lead out to a pergola shaded terrace by the pool and BBQ area. There are panoramic ocean views and stunning sunsets. Also on the ground floor there is a twin bedroom and an adjoining shower room.

On the first floor, the en-suite bedroom has doors leading to a balcony. The double room also has a private bathroom with patio doors. Outside there are shady gardens and a private parking area.

Living room:

The living room is nicely furnished with a comfortable sofa and armchairs and a fireplace. There is a TV and music system.

Kitchen:

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven and fridge-freezer. The open plan dining room has a dining table and chairs for 6 people. There are verandahs from the sitting room to the shaded patio which has another table and chairs to enjoy BBQ meals by the pool.

Bedrooms:

The master bedroom is on the first floor. There is an en suite bathroom with a full bath and patio doors leading to a balcony with sea views.

The first floor twin has an en-suite bathroom and patio doors. The other twin bedroom is on the ground floor with a separate shower room and the window has a lovely mountain view.

Bathrooms:

The villa has 3 bathrooms. One is a ground floor shower. The bathroom with full bath and shower is on the first floor, with an en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom. The third is an en-suite shower room in the upper twin bedroom.

Private pool:

The spacious pool is surrounded by a paved terrace with a balcony offering incredible views of the countryside, the ocean and even Zakynthos. There is a shaded pergola by the pool.

Also, it should be noted that check-in is from 16:00p.m. and check-out is until 10:00 a.m. at the latest so that the villa can be cleaned and prepared for the next guests.
