Nestled in an Art-Noveau apartment with a cosy living and dining area, this retreat features high ceilings, natural light, and granite walls, which give the space an industrial charm. The apartment is adorned with functional pieces inspired by the Japandi-aesthetic.
You'll find a comfortable couch to relax and unwind on after a long day and a TV to entertain you. The kitchen is outfitted with all the essentials for light cooking and complimentary tea and coffee for you to enjoy.
The loft bedroom has stairs that may be difficult for those with mobility issues. It has low-slung ceilings, a skylight, and a queen bed. Another bedroom is fitted with a queen bed too. Both mattresses are lined in hotel-quality linens.
The bathroom has all the amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries provided for your convenience.
Cleaning and sanitation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

Fontainhas is a charming and vibrant district in the heart of Porto, Portugal. The neighbourhood has many unique attractions, including the Luís I Bridge, Livraria Lello, Crystal Palace Gardens, Porto Cathedral, Clérigos Tower, Clerigos Church and Tower, Ageas Porto Coliseum, and Chapel of Souls. The area also has a great selection of restaurants and bars, including the popular Abadia, do Porto and Galeria De Paris. And for coffee lovers, there are plenty of excellent cafes, including the lovely Café Guarany.
Porto is a highly walkable city, with many attractions and landmarks easily accessible on foot.
The nearest metro stations are Marquês or Combatentes, located approximately 750 meters (800 meters) away. The walking time to either station is around 10-15 minutes, depending on your walking speed and route. It's worth noting that Porto's hilly terrain can make some walks more challenging, so it's important to wear comfortable shoes and plan your route accordingly.
Depending on your route, Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 30 minutes by car, or about 18.6km away from my home.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
