Our charming 50s Porto house is located in the heart of the city! We offer local accommodation, a bar/dining room for hosting events supporting local artists, a gallery, and a shop.
The house features four suites and an apartment, with original wooden floors and high ceilings over 3 meters high, retaining the characteristic features of the time that reflects the old times of Porto.
Our lower floor has a suite, bar/dining room, and garden access. The upper floor has two suites, while the ground floor has an apartment with a private terrace and an accommodation support shop. The serene garden has vines, camellias, and a lovely 40-year-old orange tree.
Guests can enjoy breakfast and dinner in the garden, weather permitting, and when requested in advance. The dining room/bar is available if the weather does not allow it. We offer fresh local food, tourist services and information to ensure a great stay.
NOTE: The flat is located in a noisy street!
Guests will have access to the entire suite and shared spaces!

Bonfim is in East Porto with central points such as the Church of The Lord of Bonfim, and Cemitério Prado do Repouso.
Bonfim is a quietly confident neighbourhood: it's not full of must-sees, but it's a sleepy, authentic part of Porto where locals have lived their whole lives. If you want to escape the expensive restaurants of varying quality in busy Baixa, head to Bonfim to eat at neighbourhood cafes and snack bars for a couple of Euros.
The house's location is unbeatable, with convenient transportation options and easy access to local attractions. Guests can take advantage of the following amenities:
The house is conveniently located within 50 meters of walking distance of a direct Metro Station to the Airport and other points in the city.
The Campanhã Train Station, Porto's central station, is located at the end of the street, just a 7-minute walk away.
Buses to all major cities are available within 100 meters of walking distance from the house.
The city centre is just a 2-minute walk from the house.
The Coliseu do Porto, a well-known and iconic venue, is just a 2-minute walk from the house, providing easy access to concerts and other events.
Supermarkets and traditional commerce are available right at the doorstep of the house.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
