Leider dreckig, baufällig und viel Ungeziefer

Die Wohnung war bei Übernahme sehr dreckig, sodass wir alles (vor allem Bad) selbst reinigen mussten. Das WC war gar nicht gereinigt. Der Boden in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer ist defekt, geht immer hoch beim Laufen. Die Duschwand war undicht. Der Vorgarten sehr ungepflegt. Es roch nach Käsefüßen. Alles war voller Stechmücken. Fliegengitter wären sinnvoll. Der Empfang war nett. Das Bistro und Restaurant auf dem Gelände waren super.
