I’m not one to ever hate on things but this property is not what I signed up for in London, we left after the first night.
First, the owners say it’s “immaculate” when the shower curtain is hanging on for life from the ceiling, the blinds in the bathroom are about 20 years old and broken/bent. The floors are stickers they’ve placed down that are peeling up. The ceiling has mold/water stains all over it. There’s many things that should be fixed to offer this to people to stay…
Second, the location is in a dirty and sketchy part of London. There are vagrant people all over the street below with trash piled high everywhere. And there’s a HUGE construction site it’s facing so you’ll be woken up at 5 am.
They “offer” AC, which we had to find in a closet and it’s a window hook up with no actual connection for the window. You just stick it out the window and have hot air and sound coming in with it..
I can deal with pretty much everything but this was so unacceptable. They also refused to refund the second night “because of my timing I asked”. I was busy packing up and traveling to find another place to stay. The time I reach out shouldn’t matter as I was a paying guest.
AVOID THIS PLACE!!
