Escape to The Retreat -3 bed Villa, private fenced pool

A lovely villa, with private fenced pool, at the top of the beautiful, traditional Village of Pissouri, on the edge of the pine forest whilst offering lovely sea views.
Conveniently located between Paphos and Limassol, a fantastic location to explore the whole island.
Inside the villa is equipped with wifi, TV, toys, games and books. A fully equipped kitchen, lounge and dining areas, shower room downstairs, upstairs are 2 bedrooms and family bathroom. The third bedroom is downstairs opposite the shower room and has a sofa bed in the can be used by a 6th person.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, TV and dvd`s with doors to the covered balcony with arm chairs and sofas. The second bedroom has a balcony and can be configured as Double, Twin or Triple beds. Both bedrooms have built in wardrobes.


The guests can use the whole villa including balcony, terraces and bbq
The patio wraps around the house providing plenty of outside seating and dining areas with a BBQ.

The whole villa and grounds and access the pool, tennis courts and boules

Our Property manager will be available if required

The master bedroom has a King size bed with doors to the covered balcony with arm chairs.
Please leave the villa as you found it, clean and tidy.

Please do not wait until check out to report any issues, let us know during office hours, and report any check in issue immediately.

No smoking inside, No house parties, hen or stag parties without prior agreement. Only booked guests are allowed in the villa unless otherwise agreed.

Lovely quiet location and a nice house, however just tiny things let it down , outdoor furniture in poor condition amongst other things the main issue was gaining access to the property we arrived at 10.30pm nobody was here to meet us and a code for the key safe hadn’t been given out , when earlier the week before we flew out I enquired about this. Also we had to find our way to the communal swimming pool by asking other people there is no directions as to where it is. These are minor complaints & we would probably have not even bothered had the main issue of access to the property been sorted before we arrived . We will certainly be returning to Pissouri a beautiful little village

Maison très bien équipée et spacieuse, dans un cadre agréable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison et ses alentours étaient idéals pour un séjour avec notre fille de 2 ans et demi : piscine, plaine de jeux et moutons à 5 minutes à pied, jouets à l'intérieur de la maison, jardin suffisamment sécure pour qu'elle s'y promène seule. De plus, nous avons apprécié l'espace dans la maison, sa luminosité, son équipement pour cuisiner, et le fait qu'elle soit située en hauteur (ce qui garantit une certaine fraîcheur). Nous sommes allés à pied au restaurant à Pissouri (environ 15 minutes). Plusieurs plages sont à une distance de 10 à 30 minutes en voiture. Limassol, Pafos et l'arrière pays sont aussi à une distance raisonable. Emplacement parfait !

House in Pissouri

Overall we were happy. A few things to consider: The doublebed size 160x200 cm for two big people is not enough. bedsizes was too small for us. Things like dishwashing liquid and a cleaning cloth should be included, because we travel by air and wont start to buy those necessities.

Wonderful quiet location with all the comfort you need.

Loved to have our own garden and terrace to relax. Enough space to sit in the sun or shade. Everything we needed was provided in the house. We enjoyed playing pingpong! Just a short walk to the high cliffs with beautiful views. Great location for daytrips with your rental car.

Great family vacation

Perfect. Clean, nice, comfortable. Bunch of stuff for kids to do (books, movies, PS, ping pong...). Pissouri is a pretty little village. Beach and anything else you might need (supermarket, cafe, restaurants) is a short car drive away. *Small TIP - go to the town center (even if just for 30 mins) - small and pretty + good restaurants. My only comment is that there was no dryer - not a biggy but the description says there is a washer+dryer.

The villa's location is very - even during the very hot days we didn't switch on the air conditioner, because there was always a breeze up on the hill. The pool was clean and of a nice temperature. We loved every second of this holiday!

Wij huurden een geriefelijke villa met mooie tuin en terras in een rustig villapark. Alles was aanwezig. De service was goed, een kapotte tv werd zo snel mogelijk vervangen. Alleen is het internet daarvoor erg langzaam (voetbal WK). Een minpuntje,het was niet heel erg schoon. Pissous is een leuk dorp met verschillende restaurantjes met vriendelijke service. Je hebt echt eigen vervoer nodig ook door de grote hoogteverschillen en de afstanden naar de stranden. We hebben genoten van de vele musea en opgravingen in de omgeving.. .

Perfect family holiday

My family and I had a lovely time staying here during the Easter holidays. The villa was well equiped, clean and spacious. Our two young children loved exploring in the garden and also enjoyed the books, games and puzzles in the villa. The location is perfect - a short drive to the beach and we enjoyed strolling into the village for dinner on a few occasions. The children also spent a lot of time at the play area near the club house. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic winter adventure

We had a wonderful week in Cyprus. We went in the winter so made the most of all the activities and sightseeing that Cyprus has to offer. It was a real adventure, our top activities were - skiing in the Troodos (you need a 4x4 to get there though), walking in the Akamas, seeing the Roman ruins at Kourion, crossing over the Green Line into North Nicosia, seeing the flamingos in Larnaca. The villa was beautiful and exceptionally well equipped for us and our two boys (8 & 11). The description was accurate and the facilities exceeded our expectations. The games and DVDs and well equipped kitchen made the self catering at home in the evenings really enjoyable. The villa was clean and well maintained. It was cool whilst we were there and whilst the villa was warm enough I wish I had bought my slippers for the cool tiles. The owners were quick to respond to our questions and were very helpful and accommodating. The couple who took care of the property were friendly and helpful too. The location was perfect for us too, with easy access to a supermarket and main roads to get out and about, whilst being set in a very tranquil and pretty location. I would say that you definitely need a car though to get about. Overall I would definitely recommend this property, we thought it offered incredible value and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Absolutely perfect villa for a family holiday.

This villa ticked all the boxes for us when we visited with our two children aged 1 and 3 during the summer. The villa is very well equipped with children's toys, games and equipment which made our stay comfortable and worry free. We were welcomed to the villa by the local agent when we arrived and found it to be immaculate and well maintained. The location of the villa is excellent and we enjoyed walking into the village for meals in the village square. It is a short drive to the beach and within easy reach of Paphos and Larnaca for days further a field. The clubhouse pool is lovely and there are tennis courts and a super children's play area to use during your stay. Couldn't recommend this villa highly enough.

Très belle villa dans un endroit calme et joli. La réalité correspond à la description. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la possibilité d'avoir un repas chaud qui nous attendait le soir en arrivant, la possibilité de faire un barbecue, l'air conditionné dans chaque chambre, le jardin et la proximité de la piscine.
