Welcome to our beautiful holiday home, We are very pleased with our Bungalow. Car Hire also available , Hassle Free and No Hidden charges, message me for Details .
The 2 Double Bedrooms have fitted wardrobes 1 with a king size bed. The plug sockets are UK 3 pin standard. We provide a hairdryer for your use and dressing table with mirror in the main bedroom, air condition unit, Radiator for the cooler months and ceiling Fan. The main bedroom leads to a patio area at the rear of the property.The 2nd bedroom has 2 large single beds Air condition unit,Ceiling Fan and Radiator for the cooler months. The bedrooms are located at the rear of the property and accessed through a door leading off the lounge.
The open plan lounge/ dining room is fully furnished with patio doors leading on to the Beautiful large outside area at the front of the property overlooking the swimming pool. An Archway will lead you to the fully fitted kitchen where you will find everything you need to have a wonderful home from home experience in sunny Cyprus. The facilities available in the kitchen include dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob. Iron & ironing board and all kitchen utensils. If you would prefer to dine outside we also provide a barbeque and an outside dining area for you to socialise and enjoy your evenings.
The Bathroom has a good size double shower, storage space, wc and washbasin.
The Villa is Air conditioned, Double Glazed, Central heated, with a feature Electric fire,A flat screen tv with Free WIFI and a Dvd player is also available for you to enjoy.
The outside has a Good size covered Area,With a glass table and 6 chairs,
4 sunbeds, outside shower,Bbq, and of course the Lovely 8m x 4m Kidney shaped Private Pool. The Beautiful Gardens are well kept and cleaned on a weekly basis as is the Private Pool.
Villa Lamda is located in a small peaceful area Approximately a 15 min stroll down the hill to the lovely Village Square, where you will find a selection of Tavernas, bars, local Supermarket,Bank,(although a 10 min Drive will take you to larger supermarket where you will find everything you require including Meat, Fruit, and lovely, fresh, warm Bread and Rolls).
Bedding, Towels, and Pool towels are provided. We also have a rotating washing line at the rear of property for your use. The property will be cleaned prior to your stay and if you require a cleaning service during your stay this can be arranged and paid for at an additional cost to yourselves. Local car hire is also available at reasonable rates. Airport pick up and drop off can be arranged and paid for by yourselves from either Paphos or Larnaca prior to your stay.

This place is fantastic. Wonderful villa, well decorated, clean and the owner is very responsive and hospitable. The pool and the house are both well maintained. The temperature is good as it is a couple hundred meters above sea level, and a short walk to the edges of the local area provides amazing views of the sea and stunning sun rises if you wake up early enough. There is a local gentleman who is on hand if needed.This is the best place we have stayed in years. Would thoroughly recommend it. Absolutely worth every star.

Pissouri Stay

The property is very accurately described on the web site and we found all aspects of our stay satisfactory and enjoyable. It is a very peaceful location and one can relax on the patio and pool area. We found Dave and Emma both friendly and helpful.

Lovely House.

The Villa/House was beautiful, lovely garden & pool area, in a really quite neighbourhood. The house had everything you needed for your stay and was in close proximity to amazing restaurants and the beach. I would defiantly stay again.

Lovely villa with everything you could need , great communication with the host steve . Only downside to our stay was dogs barking in the distance in the evening. I presume they were patrol dogs.

The villa in Pissouri was everything we had hoped for and just as described. We had waited a long time for this holiday and it more than met our expections for easy and relaxing. We used our hire car on occasion to visit the supermarket and explore the area but most of the time was spent enjoying the sunshine and the pool at the villa and experimenting on the BBQ. We wished we had booked for longer and hope to do so in the future when we’ve recovered from our 7 hour delay at the airport 🤦‍♀️ In summary, just fabulous 😎

Home away from home

The property description was very accurate and it was situated in a very nice residential area. The villa was provided with 4 new sun beds, an outside table with 6 chairs as well as an outside two seater settee and 2 chairs, so you were well able to get as much sun or shade as you desired. There was also a new barbecue to complete the outside dining experience, Inside, the villa had all the amenities you could wish for and the owners had obviously tried to think of your needs ahead of time. My only reservation was that because of a nearby road closure it took around 30 minutes to walk into the village square.

Lovely Mountain village stay with pool

The property is just as described, everything worked and the nice thing is that it is one of those places where you can find the essentials like salt , pepper soap and dishwashing liquid etc and it is not all empty. The place has a homey feel to it, you meet the neighbors and Dave the poolman comes by to take care of things. The village is cozy and has a number of nice restaurants, some surprisingly good - adored the steaks at the Bunch of Grapes. We were there to look at all the UNESCO sights around Cyprus, ventured to the beach once or twice and also ended up finding hugs malls in Limassol and Paphos with amazing shopping. Always came home to jump in the pool before dinner, especially the kids. Good family spring vacation, very happy, thank you!

A lovely villa in a peaceful area of Pissouri

Villa Lamda is a lovely, well appointed villa, equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing holiday. We stayed for the middle 2 weeks of March and apart from a day or so of rain at the start of our holiday, the weather ranged from warm to hot. We even managed a dip in the pool. Steve the owner was brilliant, he was so thoughtful and understanding, responding promptly to any questions or issues we had. The village of Pissouri was a delight with lovely eating and drinking places. We had some good meals at two restaurants, The Bunch of Grapes in the village and the Captains Bay at Pissouri Beach. Everyone was so friendly. We will certainly be booking with Steve again. Thanks so much, Pete and Caroline Willis

Just home from the most relaxing and enjoyable stay in such a home from home villa . We could not fault the home we had the pleasure to be custodians of for 10 brilliant days , Steve you were so very helpful in the whole process, very much appreciated . The location , the pool , the general feeling of being at home made it all such a great experience. Special mention to the lovely Dave ( not just the pool man ! ) he was the FONT of all nowledge and anything Pissouri . The short walk to the village was brilliant for dinner and pre drinks at the LEO SPARTI bar. To give a true synopsis of your villa break away that you advertised it does exactly what it says on the tin .

Relaxing peaceful holiday

Very comfortable and relaxing holiday in the beautiful peaceful village of Pissouri, which is a 20 minute walk way with a small selection of bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The house and garden are well kept, as is the pool which is regularly maintained by Dave who also has a fountain of knowledge of the area. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and all windows are secured with mosquito screens. All rooms have ceiling fans and air conditioning. The terrace has 2 comfortable seating areas perfect to relax in the evening as well as comfortable new sun beds. Also benefits from a newly installed bbq. The owner Steve was helpful with advice before and during our stay and recommended a car hire company. Thank you Steve and family for sharing your home with us

What a fantastic holiday

The heart of any holiday is the accommodation and the host you liaise with. Top marks for Steve and his fantastic villa in Pissouri. The villa is spotless and whatever you need is there. What is more any questions you have are sorted by Steve almost by return. The location is great; away from the crowds but also a short distance from the village (15 mins walk). Support is also on hand from Dave (the pool man), with advice on the best places to eat and drink. A word of thanks to Emma, who with a prior introduction from Steve will get you some essentials ready for your arrival, which in our case was after midnight so was fantastic. Beautiful Tranquil property

Just got back from 10 beautiful peaceful days at this bungalow. We arrived in the dark and was a little hard to find but was well worth it. The villa had everything you could possibly need, a real home from home. The pool was lovely. You will definitely need a car for where it is. The owner replied to everything immediately and was very helpful. I even received an email the day before we left wishing us a great holiday and a card waiting for us on our return. Pissouri is beautiful and the village square is full of fantastic places to eat /friendly people. I would recommend 'The Bunch of Grapes to eat. I was slightly surprised by the wind on a couple of days, but according to Dave (who looks after the pool) it is renown for them. It did keep us cool on some very hot days. I would absolutely recommend this property to everyone and hope to return in the future.

Nice and quiet place

Steve's villa is located in a very quiet and well-kept residential area. Apart from the occasional engine noise of hedge trimmers, it is generally quiet and pleasant. In any case, you need a car. The supermarket is a few kilometres away and it is also not far to the motorway. A good starting point to explore the island. The house and the garden are very well kept and clean, as is the beautiful pool. The kitchen is well equipped, crockery, cutlery, pots, pans etc., Everything you need is available in abundance. You sleep well in the beds, the windows are well secured against mosquitoes with fly screens. On the terrace there are comfortable chairs and a table to eat at, as well as comfortable sun loungers. Dave, a friend of the owner, lives in the neighbourhood and takes very good care of the guests and often has good restaurant tips. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our holiday very much. Perfect property in perfect location

We have just returned from 10 days in this villa - it was perfect. Prior to our trip Steve the owner was very helpful and provided all the information and advice we needed. When we got there we were delighted with everything, the house, the garden, the pool and the location. The villa is a short walk from the village square with restaurants (we ate in the Two Friends Tavern where the 2 Panacos’s looked after us like friends) or take the car and be there in 2 minutes! The villa was really well equipped with everything we needed and was really comfortable and cool, even on the warmer days. We spent the majority of our time at the villa in the garden by the pool. The area was very quiet and the neighbours really friendly - exactly what we wanted. Dave the pool man was really helpful and gave some good local advice. For shopping there is a small shop in the village or a larger supermarket just 5 minutes drive away. Pissouri itself is a lovely village and really handy for travelling to Pafos or Limassol - both about 20 minutes. The Troodos mountains are about an hour away. Beaches are nearby with water sports and there is a great dive company in the village. All in all this was a perfect villa for us and will definitely go back. Neil and Catriona

Fabulous villa with amazing private pool!

This was our first time staying at this property and wont be our last. The villa itself is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including air conditioning in every room which is needed in August as its so hot. We found the kitchen to be very well stocked of all the utensils we needed to make our self catering experience a pleasure. We found the villa to be clean, tidy and very spacious for the two of us, it would be well suited to a family of four. The BBQ is fantastic and easy to clean. I would recommend hiring a car as the large supermarket is too far to walk to and taxi costs would out weight a hire car if transferring to and from the airport aswell. We did get a taxi to Pissouri Square which cost 10 euros each way. The outside space is what makes the villa really special, it is quiet, private and is drenched in sun all day. The pool is a really good size and the temperature was perfect for cooling off after a bath in the sun. Dave the pool man, popped over to welcome us the following morning as we didn't arrive until 4am, he was a wealth of information about where to go and visit and eat in the local area, he recommended the Bunch of Grapes for an evening meal in the Square, we did go there and were not disappointed, the food was amazing. Dave did a great job of looking after the pool and popped over several times during our stay ensuring the chlorine levels were good. Steve our host, did a great job communicating with us before our arrival and made us feel at ease after telling him our flights were delayed and we wouldn't be arriving until the following day. Thanks Steve, we had a lovely holiday and we will definitely be returning.

We are a family of four. We live in the UK and enjoy holidays in Cyprus. We discovered the Beautiful tranquil village of Pissouri 5 years ago when we stayed in the village for 10 days. We have been holidaying in Pissouri ever since and when we discovered this Villa for sale we knew this was the one for us. The villa is located walking distance to the village square. The villa offers a home from home experience with the added advantage of the the air conditioning in the summer and central heating in the cooler months.

Why they chose this property

Pissouri is located central to Paphos and Limassol with a 30 minute driving distance to either area. The villa is situated 15 minutes walk to the village square. We are a 10 minute drive to Pissouri bay where there are a number of bars and restaurants, the beach with various water sports and a few tourist shops. This property is located in a quiet residential area where your neighbours are a mixture of residents and holiday makers.

What makes this property unique

We fell in love with the location of the property as you are close to local amenities but set back so as not to feel you are in a busy area. The area is peaceful and tranquil. The swimming pool is enclosed at the front of the property surrounded by the beautiful gardens. The patio area has an outside shower, dining area and sunbeds. The dining area is undercover so you can enjoy your meals and drinks even in the hot temperatures of Cyprus. The property is open and spacious and also has an inside dining area. Everyone who has visited the property has commented that this is a perfect villa for a family of 4.
