The interior is spread over two floors with a total area of 260 m2. On the ground floor, you will find a modern open-concept living and dining area. A fully equipped kitchen with an island is also here. The elegant dark furniture dominates the space. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors create a beautiful and spacious feeling and provide an unobstructed view of the outdoors.
The sleeping area consists of 4 modern and airy bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom.
If you like spending the most time outside you will be thrilled by the covered outside area with the summer kitchen that allows you to cook and prepare meals outdoors, as well as an outdoor dining area for ten guests. This will be your favorite spot during the hot summer days. The view from here is absolutely stunning.
From here you can access the lower terrace with a big swimming pool that also has a heating option. Around the pool, there are beach chairs at your disposal. This combination creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere, perfect for lounging in the sun or taking a refreshing dip in the water.
