Centrally located 4-bedroom villa in Binibeca. Perfect for a relaxing holiday, it features air conditioning in all rooms. Enjoy the quiet garden and private swimming pool, ideal for soaking up the sun. The bright, cosy interior invites you to unwind. Cot and high chair included; extra sets 5€/night. Towels and bed linen included. Kitchen and bathroom basics not provided.

We hope you have lots of laughter and fun times during your vacation! However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay.

Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. While it is a tourist area also reports calm and tranquility. Perfect for tourism with family or friends, you will find all the facilities to enjoy a wonderful vacation.
It has restaurants, bars, supermarket, dive center, paddle surf kayak rental and bicycles, and only two kilometers from the Splash Sur Menorca water park.
You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful photos.
As a very different experience, you can visit the Binifadet wineries located in the town of Sant Luis, just 5 kilometers from Binibeca. As a curiosity, do not forget to taste their wine jelly beans.
Just 9 kilometers from the airport and 10 from Mahón, the main city of the island where you can stroll through its magnificent harbor, eat in one of its restaurants, go shopping or enjoy entertaining evenings in one of its terraces.

No security deposit is required; however, you have the option to purchase coverage for potential property damage. If you choose not to, Airbnb mediation will apply in case of any damage.

We have now been coming to Binibeca for about 20yrs, and have stayed in a lot of different villas!Whilst I agree with other reviews which describe the villa as tired, it is perfectly acceptable and we had a great time.The location is perfect, roughly half way between restaurants in Cala Torret and Binibeca Vell, which is a nice walk after dinner!! The beach is also about a 10 minute walk and will be great when the beach bar reopens!!Air con in the rooms was perfect, and beds were comfortable (newer foam type mattresses). There are 2 separate bathrooms, but neither are en suite if that bothers you.The eating area outside was brilliant, with a view of the sea, and shade during the day. The only points I would raise would be:- Some of the tiling in / around the pool is lifting and you can cut feet if not careful. The pool is also only about chest high deep on an adult.- General update of white goods would be nice but not essential- We ate in a few times and would have been nice to have better cookware / serving options, however there are plenty of places to eat nearby so this is purely a personal view.Overall I would happily go back, and consider it to be good value.
