nice, but not worth the price.

+ve points: 1. Nice quite neighborhood 2. Close to Samy's beach -ve points: 1. Mattress in one of the two bedrooms in basement was extremely worn down, and the bed was very creaky. 2. No black out curtains in couple of rooms 3. Hot water in two bathrooms was connected, resulting in one bathroom useless while other was being used. 4. HVAC in basement was not working for part of our stay, resulting in uncomfortable stay for folks in lower bedrooms. 5. Misleading information on the listing about access to a private beach. The beach information provided, was an overgrown path where one of the party got bit by ticks.

Family vacation

The property was very clean. Since we stayed during Covid, the property manager provided plenty of Hand sanitizer and soap to use. There was plenty of towels at our disposal. Eli-the property manager was very accommodating and helpful whenever we had a question. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time for a month in June. The house is beautiful and Elias is an amazing host, always checking if we have everything we need. We will be back.

FANTASTIC

Eli's property is beautiful and in a gorgeous neighborhood - pictures don't do the property justice. It's spacious, clean, and well kept - with great appliances and accessories. Eli is also a wonderful host and his hospitality made the stay all the better. I would recommend 10 out of 10 times. Great for families and/or large friend groups.
