The flat is quite nice, but it would be helpful to have enough mugs and glasses for 4 people. Also, there was no sponge to wash up with. Getting in to the flat was not straightforward because the code for key lock did not work. My husband called and spoke to someone who directed him to a back up key lock. I don’t think we worked out the heating, and there were no radiators as listed in the instructions. No idea where the heat came from! The bathroom seems to make a continuous buzzing noise which is quite annoying. No idea how to make that stop. This could be a really nice flat with a few minor fixes to make people feel comfortable.
