You are within a walking distance away from everything you may need. The house is just steps from local bakeries, supermarkets, ATM machines, liquor stores, pharmacies, boutiques, shoe stores, restaurants, and bars. The beach is a 10-minute walk from the apartment.

Unfortunately, there is no infrastructure to accommodate the needs of people with limited mobility and wheelchair users, as there is no elevator for the upper floor- apartment.
