Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, microwave, Italian coffee maker, toaster, juicer, blender, kitchenware for 10 people, and cleaning kit.
Terrace accessible from the kitchen with a barbecue and a table with two chairs.
Shared bathroom with a first-aid kit.
On the ground floor: 1 double bedroom with a 1.80 cm bed. Includes a cot upon request. 1 double bedroom with two 90 cm beds pushed together.

On the second floor: 1 double room with a 1.80 cm bed. 1 double room with two 90 cm beds pushed together.

All rooms feature a bathroom with a shower, television, hair dryer, toiletries, towels, and toilet paper.

- Lighted snack room in the basement with a full kitchen similar to the one on the ground floor.
