Situated in a peaceful urbanization, Wooden is 5000 meters from the beach. The house is elevated above street level, with its entrance on the first floor, accessible via a short flight of stairs.

Wooden is a self-contained holiday resort featuring a private pool. Upon entering, you'll find a cozy living room, an open kitchen, and a dining area, along with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the ground floor. On the first floor, there is 1 additional bedroom and 1 bathroom, Two beds are KingSize.

The interior of Wooden retains its original Spanish charm and is in good condition. The house is bright and creates a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation. From Wooden, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the green mountains. With a built area of 190 m2 on a 2400 m2 plot, it also features a garden designed for your enjoyment.

The pool is located at the front of the holiday resort, accessed via stairs. Here, you can enjoy the Spanish sun and outdoor living. Additionally, Wooden has a permanent stone barbecue for your outdoor meals. This holiday residence is ideal for families due to its ample personal space.


Unfortunately groups of youngsters (average age below or equal to 25) are not allowed in this holiday residence.


Linens and towels are not included. This villa does offer the possibility to reserve bed linen (€15.00 per person) and towels (€7.50 per person). This must be paid in cash on arrival. Let us know if you want to take advantage of this.
