About this property
Stunning villa with views over Costa Rica
This is a unique off-the-grid villa on 3 acres of land, consisting of the main house that opens onto the swimming pool, and two smaller separate structures that house the bedrooms. The wooden "rancho" has been equipped with an extra bedroom and shower for those who love nature and the outdoors. <br>Luis, my caretaker, is on site 24/7 to assist and maintain the property. The property offers all the comforts you need in Nicaragua. It’s very quiet and comfortable, just 15 minutes from the town centre and close to the best beaches in San Juan.
