The view is best enjoyed from the villa's spacious garden and pool terrace, which are particularly impressive - the ideal setting for a relaxing break! The picturesque sandy beach and amenities of Puerto Pollensa are around 15 minutes' walk through the picturesque countryside. The promenade and Pine Walk has a huge choice of fashionable sea-facing restaurants and cafes. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and WiFi are included.

Villa Lorenzo is located in the area of Puerto Pollensa known as Siller, around a mile from the glorious beach and amenities of this sought-after resort. The promenade and marina are lined with fashionable bistros and shops overlooking the seafront. And, you'll have an even bigger choice of places to eat along the famous Pine Walk, one of the main attractions of Puerto Pollensa! Several alternative beaches, resorts, golf courses and family attractions are all within a short drive.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.

In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.
