The Palms Villa is a beautiful contemporary vhome with large private FREE HEATED pool, designer kitchen, three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and stunning south facing pool decks, located in the Pine Walk area of Puerto Pollenca - this popular family focused resort in the north of Mallorca.

The free pool heating is available in the cooler months of March - mid May and late September onwards. Please contact me for details of this service

Completed 2018 (and closed during Covid), everything is as good as brand new and furnished to a very high standard.

Just 100m from the seafront and beaches, there is no need for a car when staying at The Palms, as the resorts facilities are all within walking distance.

Set in its own gated grounds, the villa is set on one level and furnished to a very high standard. Gated secure parking. Roof terrace with beautiful views to the Tramuntana Mountains.

Designed and furnished to an extremely high standard, with a spacious open plan living space leading out through retracting double doors to the expansive pool decks. Sun loungers, shaded dining table & outdoor settees for all. The private pool is a large 12m x 8m at its widest point, with tiled steps.

Stylish designer handmade kitchen with Bosch appliances and all the expected gadgets and facilities, such as beverage fridge, Tassimo pod coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave. BBQ.

The master bedroom, with king sized double bed enjoys the use of its own private ensuite shower room with Hansgrohe fixtures and fittings. French doors lead to a private terrace.

All our bedding is luxurious high count 600 thread Egyptian Cotton. Thick, fluffy bath sheets, hand towels and pool towels for all guests. Sumptuous bathrobes for all adults.

A further bedroom with king sized bed and private terrace. French doors.

An additional twin bedroom, that can be configured to be a super king double bedroom. We have bedding to suit a this room being twin beds or a double bed.

Additional family bathroom with double sinks and large shower.

Bath towels, pool towels, adult bathrobes and complimentary welcome toiletries provided. Hair dryers. Complimentary welcome pack.

Air conditioned for summer. Under floor heating for the cooler months.

Free high speed wireless internet, with UK TV channels service.

Fantastic villa

We had a great week. The villa was just as described, lovely pool area, great location - just super short walk to the coast. Welcome pack was really thoughtful with wine, beer, milk, bread, snacks etc - it even had Yorkshire tea bags! We’d definitely recommend.

The Palms Villa, Pollensa. Near the pine walk, plenty of beaches, restaurants and a small store

Booking the villa was stress free, any queries were answered quickly. Everything you need for a villa holiday was provided for, complimentary welcome pack, toiletries, pool towels, even condiments in the kitchen. Inside and outside of this villa was fabulous. Very accessible to everything you need Highly recommend to anyone looking for a villa holiday.

Wonderful villa

We had a lovely and relaxing time here. The villa was perfectly located and had everything we needed. Hosts had left clear instructions for aircon, tv etc. Will recommend.

The Palms - a Lovely Villa in a Lovely Location

Very nice property in an excellent location. very unfortunate technical problem re air conditioning meaning it worked for only 1.5 days out of the 8 days of our trip. Completely outwith control of owners and could happen anywhere. Local manager did her best to get tradesmen to fix but spare part could not be sourced. However, we would still recommend booking this villa as it has everything you coudl need. It is only 5 minutes walk to the first of th emany lovely restaurants in Puerto Pollensa.

Fabulous villa with amazing pool area

The villa is really well thought out and has everything we needed for 6 of us for 2 weeks. The villa is fully equipped and well located, and the pool area is beautiful. It’s the second time we’ve rented from Richard and Di and it’s been brilliant each time. Debbie is the local manager and just can’t do enough to help. It’s fair to say we are probably a bit fussy, and we’ve been delighted with every aspect.

Stunning, perfect, wonderful!!

What can I say apart from wow! We had the most amazing holiday, the villas attention to detail was second to none. Debbie was fantastic and so welcoming checking us in. The little touches were what really made it unforgettable. We arrived to complimentary beers/wine/cava/fruit juice. There was ham and cheese and aperitifs also in the fridge which made the first day so relaxing as there was no need to stress about finding a supermarket. The bedrooms and bedding were luxurious. The white company (my favourite brand) toiletries were a great touch. The villa was spotless, pool was so clean clear and a really good size. The outdoor space was the area we really made the most of which allowed us to have lots of lovely chilled evenings after the children went to bed. We are definitely going to come back yearly as the quality and location was above any villa we have stayed at. Huge thanks for allowing us to rent the palms. Anna

Stunning villa

We have stayed in the owners Footprints Villa in the same location and were very lucky to be one of the first to stay at The Palms. The villa is stunning inside and out , very modern with high quality fittings and furniture. Everything you will need is provided and a lovely welcome pack means you don’t need to go shopping on arrival. The outside space has many different seating options and a beautiful pool. There is a shop within 10 minutes walk where you can have breakfast or find neatly everything you will need . I would recommend you try the Illa D’or Hotel , which again is within 10 minutes walk , for lunch or a drink as the views are amazing. We have already booked to stay again next year and would confidently recommend.

The perfect holiday

We went to Puerto Pollensa 35 years ago and stayed at a Ca'n Singala villa and it hasn't changed a bit apart from he pine walk being paved over. The villa was immaculate and had every commodity you could wish for. The welcome pack was far more than we expected but very much appreciated. We are hoping to come back next year. Thank you Di and Richard for such a beautiful villa.

In a word FABULOUS

We were one of the first lucky guests to rent and enjoy The Palms Villa after it was first opened and were thrilled with the quality, space and attention to detail we found. Being a new build, everything was new, and the whole design worked perfectly for the six of us. The pool is large as are the patios. Very private too, not overlooked. The owners were great from booking to making ready for us, and they have clearly put a lot of thought (and money!) into making a luxury home from home. Well done to them. Super fast wireless too, so the older kids thrilled! We will certainly return, as to be so close to the sea and of this standard is a rare find.
