Villa Susie is a delightful 4 bedroom property located just a 10 minute walk from the sandy Playa Grande Beach and main Strip of Puerto del Carmen. Here you'll find a good number of shops, bars and restaurants. The charming old town and harbour are around 20 minutes' walk away. The villa has a private swimming pool, alfresco dining area and pleasant interiors. Air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge, a heated pool and WiFi are included.

Villa Susie is in a fantastic central location in Puerto del Carmen. This semi-detached house is only a 10 minute walk from the main Strip with its bars, restaurants and nightlife. The walk back to the villa is on a short uphill slope. The sandy beach of Playa Grande is located parallel to the main Strip and has many water sports available. The Biosfera Shopping Centre and the charming old town and harbour are around 20 minutes' walk away. Villa Susie sits between our Villas Ana Maria and Laurona.
