Cozy secluded cottage while still being able to enjoy everything in town.

We are exactly where you want to be far enough to enjoy the amazing views of the hill Country but close enough to Fredericksburg to enjoy the town. We are located on a 45-acre property. We offer a cute barn style cottage featuring countryside views from the porch, a kitchenette, a dining area, living area, bedroom, a full bathroom and upstairs loft with a half bath, and we also offer a hot tub for you to enjoy. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and winery tours.

This place was super clean & really enjoyed our visit there. We had an issue with the hot water heater when we arrived. I contacted the host, we were going into to town for a few hours & when we got back, the issue was fixed! The host was very responsive & caring. We will definitely stay here again!

It was mostly a very enjoyable stay. The upstairs bedroom was warm( suggest a bigger Window or mini split.). Biggest issue; TV not functional and internet too spotty to use.
