Casa Horta den Menut is a beautiful town house located a few minutes walk from the center of Pollensa. The decoration of the house is Majorcan style and offers all the comforts needed to enjoy unforgettable holidays. The outdoor pool is suitable for adults and children as it has a shallow area. The covered terrace next to the house is situated in front of the kitchen. The upper terrace offers shade and sun depending on the time of day, in this area you can enjoy wonderful views of the Tramuntana mountains.

The furniture is predominantly classic, skilfully combined with modern elements that create an individual charm. From the entrance, there is a small corridor, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The living room beckons with rustic stone walls, comfortable sofas and a lovely stove for chilly nights. The dining room is open plan. The kitchen is fully equipped and has another dining table.

On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with a small dressing room and another double bedroom - both share a bathroom with a shower. The other bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to the roof terrace, which can also be accessed from the patio.The perfect house to enjoy a memorable vacation, we are waiting for you!

NOTE: In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 2 pm to 4 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 amcentral heating has an extra cost if is needed
