YourHouse Oratge, lovely house with private pool near the beach

This lovely vacation house with private pool is in Can Picafort, Majorca North and offers a quiet home for 2-6 people.



The private chlorine pool is surrounded by a terrace with 6 sun loungers, parasols, a small garden and a dining area with barbecue. Inside, this one-storey house offers a fully-equipped kitchen with gas hob, living-dining room with satellite-TV, two bedrooms with a double bed each, one room with 2 single beds, an en-suite shower bath and an independent bathroom with bathtub. The equippmed includes free Wifi and a washing machine. There's only air conditioning in the main building, not in the annexed building where you'll find a fan. Pets are welcome.



The village of Can Picafort offers lots of services; restaurants, gas stations and supermarkets. The fine grained sand beach is nice for families with children and you can visit more beaches in the area like Playa de Muro, Puerto de Alcúdia or Son Serra de Marina.

There's a tourist tax on the Balearic Islands, the so called Ecotasa. This fee is mandatory for all guests, except people younger than 16 years. The amount is 2.2 EUR per day and guest during the high season and 0.55 EUR per day and guest during the low season. During the high season, it reduces by half from the 9th night. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) will be charged to your Visa or MasterCard before arrival through a secure payment link. This payment is mandatory.



Important: as required by law, we need copies of the passports of every guest older than 14 years. We require these documents by email.



The damage deposit will be blocked on your credit card through a secure payment link. We’ll return the deposit within 7 days after check-out. The agency will send you the link via email.
