You will feel right at home here! Lovingly maintained, this house has all amenities: A/C, wi-fi, fireplace, Four comfortable bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, porch, deck with gas grill and plenty of room to relax, and laundry room with w/d. We supply clean bedding and towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and four bikes. This house is one of the original cottage style houses built in the 1950's that adds to the charm of Ocean Beach. We are on an ocean block, so you don't have to walk far to reach the beach. Ceiling fans in every room as well.

We have lived on Long Island all our lives, and have spent summers on Fire Island since 1973. We were thrilled to finally buy property in Ocean Beach. We come here for 2-3 weeks every summer, tending to our garden and constantly updating the decor inside the house.
Why they chose this property
We love Ocean Beach because it is community minded. Our neighbors are like family. We love the many restaurants and shops in town, and believe it or not, we like having a dedicated police force here. Of course, we love fishing on the bay and swimming at the beautiful beach; that goes without saying!
