Lonelyville Beach Home The most perfect Fire Island Beach House (Fair Harbor / Lonelyville) - - Located only one house back from one of the ten best island beaches in USA. Just steps to the Ocean or Bay. Water Activities abound ! All the Bedrooms are spacious with vaulted beautiful natural wood ceilings. Wonderful spacious open floor plan which is all directed towards the ocean and natural landscape. Ocean deck provides sun or shade with ocean restful views. There is a large rear deck off the kitchen for a quite meal or just to hang out. Grab your beach chair, umbrella and beach stuff and in a few steps your on a pristine white sand beach. Just over one hour by train, car or private van to the Fire Island ferry dock from New York City, or 15 minutes from Islip airport. Then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to Fire Island. The Island is car free during summer with cycling/walking as primary transport. Water taxis available to other Fire Island towns (Pines; Ocean Beach etc). Just steps to the Beach. There is another special mode of transportation, you can be picked up at the ferry dock arriving on Fire Island with all your stuff in an all terrain vehicle and transported from dock to door service !!
Summer Season is a wonderful time to be on the Beach.
September is the ultimate month on the Beach, warm waters, sun with clear blue sky's.

David is an amazing host. He picked us up and dropped us off at the Atlantique ferry with his ATV. He was super responsive while we were there. The house is amazing. Lots of closets and dressers to put your things. We had a fully stocked kitchen. The view of the ocean from the main room (and one bedroom) was incredible. You could easily get to the ocean beach barefoot (it's that close)! The outdoor shower is beautiful and roomy. I cannot recommend this house more highly. It's easily the best place we have stayed on Fire Island.

Ben, Elizabeth and Jacob are a wonderful Family. It was a pleasure to have them at the house. They had not been on Fire Island for 10 years and I know this visit to Lonleyville community and a warm and welcoming house will now being the Family to return frequently. Jacob's favorite was the beach and ocean. It is close enough to almost touch from the house. Jacob, the soft sand and Ocean are waiting you. Thanks for being great guests.

Wonderful rental, beautiful views, quiet stay

I really appreciated Dave coming to get my parents from the ferry in his atv, it really helped them!! The property is beautiful as are the views. Loneyville was the perfect location for a quiet family vacation.

Beautiful views, great location

Very close to the ocean beach and close enough to the ferry terminal. David was a pleasure to deal with and very helpful/accommodating. He even met us at the boat with a cart and brought us and luggage to the house. Absolutely a pleasure to stay there.

Lonelyville Vibes

It was an amazing experience to stay steps away from the beautiful beach and bay of Atlantique & Lonelyville. The house is amazing layout/ amenities that give all the beach town vibes. The community is peaceful/beautiful area with local restaurants/stores/shops within walking or biking distance. David is a great host that helped us with his ATV to transport our stuff and the guest to the docks/Marina. We will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic House! Fantastic Host!

I rented David's house for our "First Annual Cousins Reunion" for my twins and nieces and nephews (ages 16-21) they had not all been together since 2018. The weather was not great, thankfully the house was! u Super cozy with everything we needed for vacation spent mostly indoors. Having bikes for everyone was a big bonus and the outdoor shower is fabulous! Oh and David picking us and all our stuff up at the dock was a huge help!

This is the perfect beach house!

David was great. Anything we needed he was right there. The house is great, bathrooms are updated, kitchen had everything you might need. Even a back deck to get out of the wind.

Perfect House and Excellent Kind Owner

Every year our family goes on a family week vacation to somewhere on the east coast to a beach side community. This was the best yet. Steps from the ocean and when just wants to stay on the porch you can see the waves form your deck chair A++++++ thank u

Perfect beach house

David’s house was absolutely perfect. The space was clean upon arrival and the house suited all out needs. It was beautifully decorated as well. The ocean view was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about the house and town. It’s just a horrible walk to the shack at Atlantique for pre dinner drinks, live music and more. A bike ride easily gets you Fair Harbor for more fun and breakfast egg sammies. If your looking for a peaceful, beautiful getaway, this is certainly the place. We had no need to even contact our host for anything but a thank you! It was truly delightful
