Energy-efficient cottage with wilderness bath located in scenic Thy. The plot is 2000 m² and in peaceful surroundings close to forest and fishing park. Rainbow trout and brown trout are stocked in the lake. The owner of the summer house was responsible for the extensive renovation in 2023, which was carried out with respect for the original farmhouse from around 1900. The house has high ceilings, and the large windows provide beautiful light to the kitchen/family room and living room. The TV room has an electronic fireplace. The living room is divided into two sections, and the rear section has a bar and pool table where you can play billiards, table football, and air hockey. All common rooms and bathrooms have underfloor heating. The three bedrooms have electric radiators. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed. The large loft has six beds with spring mattresses, best suited for children. However, the stairs up to the loft are easy to climb. The two bathrooms are equipped with showers and comfortable underfloor heating, and one has a washing machine and dryer. The kitchen has ceramic hobs and two ovens, one of which also functions as a microwave. The freezer is in the hallway. There is a large, open wooden terrace by the house, where you will also find the wilderness bath and gas grill.Not available for rent to youth groups or construction crews.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
