A charming and modern two-bedroom cottage built in 1995 within the Ashwin Court estate's spacious twin courtyards. This cottage is well equipped to welcome you and accompanying guests.
Ashwin Court estate is located in the historic village of Bretforton, on the edge of the North Cotswolds.
The award-winning, National Trust-owned "The Fleece Inn" is 5 minutes' walk away.
The space
Entry:
The cottage entrance door opens into a walkway leading to the kitchen, stairs, and living-dining room.
Kitchen:
A traditional kitchen with all necessary amenities along with a Miele washer-dryer combo.
Living-Dining room:
A corner leather sofa, an exotic coffee table, and a dining table that seats four comfortably. WiFi and an HD TV with a standard Netflix subscription.
Stairs lead up to the first-floor landing, off which are the following:
Master bedroom:
A bright bedroom overlooks the rear courtyard. This room has a queen-size bed and a double wardrobe.
A backlit wooden heart ornaments the headwall. Close your eyes, and simply wish for an aura.
Bathroom:
A standard bathroom suite with a shower over the bath.
Second bedroom:
This room overlooks the front courtyard and is furnished with a standard double oak bed and a single wardrobe. A purpose-made nightlight illuminates the head wall.
This room also has a dedicated workspace table and chair.
This cottage benefits from an allocated parking space at the rear of the courtyards. Beyond the car park are the landscaped communal gardens, with benches for al fresco dining and rotary drying lines for laundry.
All towels, linen, toilet paper, hand wash, shower gel, laundry tablets, and general cleaning supplies are provided.
And so are the essential condiments and oils for guests who enjoy culinary skills.
Tea, coffee, milk, and sugar sachets are complimentary (subject to availability).
For coffee lovers, a cafetiere and a Bosch Tassimo are available; simply bring your favourite pods to enjoy.
One high chair and one travel cot are available on request for a young guest.
