PROPERTY LAYOUT This stylish holiday home has 4 thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and sleeps up to 11 guests. All 4 bathrooms include a toilet and a walk-in shower, one of them has a bathtub. The sun-lit terrace features a private BBQ and jacuzzi which can be heated for a fee. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

POOL AREA The holiday home is located in a family friendly residential area with 4 community pools of different depths and sizes just a few steps down from the apartment. The beautiful tropical and well-kept gardens have a direct access to the best Marbella beaches. Sunbeds are provided for chilling and sunbathing. All community pools are fenced. Pool hours and operation is subject to local government instructions.
LOCATION The property is just a leisurely 3-minute flip flop walk to the sandy shores. Fabulous beach bars (La Plage Casanis, El Lido, Percla Blanca, just to name a few) as well as local restaurants (La Scala, Blanco Bar, Mini India), supermarkets (Mercadona, Lidl), and a pharmacy are just around the corner. The sandy beach offers different activities for family fun, including paddle board, jet ski rental and pedal boats. The new Amu Beach Club and La Plage Casanis are a short 3 minute walk away.
SECURITY The apartment has a 24/7 alarm security system.
SERVICE This amazing holiday home is run by Lirios Village Marbella, a leading hospitality company offering high standard accommodation and excellent services, ranging from daily maid service, groceries shopping, airport transfers and a private chef (IG liriosvillagemarbella).
PARKING Guests can park free of charge on the street in front of the apartment.
INTERNET Reliable 5G wifi is free of charge for our guests.
Jacuzzi heating is subject to a 30 EUR fee/day. 1. Regular check-out is at 10:00 AM. Late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability, and may incur an additional charge. Guests who remain past 10:00 AM without prior agreement will be charged €100 per hour. 2. Two sets of keys with remote controls will be provided and a 150 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure. 3. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit. 4. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINER ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents and insects. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance. 6. AC must be switched off when not in the apartment. 7. While standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent, up to additional 200 EUR might be charged from the damage deposit if the property is left excessively dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers. 8. The villa is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts. 9. The gardener must be granted access to the apartment to check the jacuzzi, usually between 8-10:00 in the morning. 10. The apartment is located in a residential area and parties are not allowed. Quiet hours must be respected and music must be kept low after 22:00. PARTIES AND NIGHT-TIME NOISE ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE. 11. Pets are allowed only upon approval and subject to a 200 EUR pet fee. 12. It is essential to close all shutters, lock up the property and arm the alarm when not in the villa and during the night. Lirios Village Marbella does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. 13. Pool hours: 11:00 – 21:00. Quiet hours: 23:00 – 9:00. It is not allowed to hang clothes or towels in the community garden or on the terrace lattice.
CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Take out all garbage (also from the bedrooms, please) 2. Load the dishwasher and put it on 3. If staff is not present on departure, leave all keys by the entrance, activate the alarm and close the door shut.

Fantastic location, walking distance to the beach, safe neighborhood with parking. We loved the unit as it offered all the space we needed for our family. Patio was ideal for eating outside and shopping areas were 10 minutes away by car.

24 hour delay in check in procedure , extensive building work in front of property ( 20 yards/metres) NO MENTION of this at any time prior to arrival. Car continually covered in fine building dust due to use of stone cutting equipment

As you arrived very late at night, outside the agreed check-in time, we arranged to complete the in-person check-in the following day to ensure everything was handled smoothly. We were available by phone throughout your arrival; however, we did not always receive a response, which made communication more difficult.
We also note that no concerns were raised regarding the apartment itself, and given that you stayed for a full month, we believe you were overall satisfied with the accommodation.
With respect to parking, there is ample and unrestricted space available in the area, and guests are free to choose alternative spots if preferred.
Building or reparation works are external to the property and beyond our control. They are intermittent and not considered major works, so we are not notified in advance. Still, we made everything possible to make your stay as pleasant as possible as our guest satisfaction is our priority.
