About this property

Casa Estrella is located on the the popular Vistas del Mar development. The villa is furnished and equipped to a very high standard with everything you need for a relaxing holiday and has fabulous views from the private terrace.

The complex is in an ideal location, close to the old town and harbour areas, and the main seafront. It is a secure, gated complex, with ample road side parking, should you decide to hire a car.

The bungalow has a spacious lounge / dining room with Internet TV and all the engligh channels including sports and movies,it has a fully equipped kitchen complete with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. There are 2 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom with doors leading to the terrace and the pool area and second bedroom has has twin beds.The villa has air conditioning throught which is paid locally via a coin meter.
There is also unlimited free wifi.
Outside the bungalow there is a large sun terrace with BBQ, and steps leading down to a spacious pool terrace. There is a private heated swimming pool plus shower. Ample sun loungers and patio furniture are provided for your use and beach / pool towels are supplied.
Vistas del Mar is a private complex of 33 villas, with security gates and cctv. Each property has its own private swimming pool and spacious terrace area.

Home from Home

Very well equipped for self catering. Wonderful views, great outside space. Lovely temp pool. Dean was readily available when we had minor issue with patio door. Bedding changed midway through our 2wk stay. Pool cleaned twice. It is up a hill but well worth it. Full size dishwasher, washing machine fridge freezer and microwave. Quiet location but only 10 min walk to the main strip. Taxis always available £3 from strip to villa. Would definately recommend to anyone wanting lovely villa with great views of sea and mountains.

Lovely villa

This is a very nice villa. The views from the balcony are breathtaking, 180 degree views of the sea, the mountains and the town of Puerto del Carmen from the villa’s elevated position. The villa has everything you could need. The tv has a vast selection of Uk channels and all the sport and football channels, very handy if like us you like to follow the Uk matches. Everything was clean and good quality furnishings inside and out. And the guys who manage the property, Dean at Sovereign, were quickly on site when there was a problem with the water supply. Highly recommend this villa and am sure we will return some time in the future

Villa paradise

This holiday was great from start to finish. An immaculately set out villa with lovely pool, loads of outside space, walking distance to shops and beach front and two weeks of tranquility. Dean the property manager was so very helpful and all in all the villa was perfect. I cannot praise it any more. Please go and see for yourself.

Comfortable with great views

We spent a marvelous fortnight at Casa Estrella, as a family of four, at the end of July '23. The villa was spacious enough for us, well equipped in all respects. We could find anything we wanted in the kitchen. But the strongest points are the outdoor space, with a lovely terrace with barbecue and dining area at the back of the house, offering great views over Puerto Del Carmen, mountains, and (of course!) the sea. There is a spacious area around the pool, with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is a joy, but could be maintained a bit more often (rather than once in a 2-week span) and could be a tad warmer. House cleaning is just once over 2 weeks. The neighborhood is quiet, pleasant, with a 12 min walk from the sea front, going uphill when returning home tired (wasn't an issue for us, though) ;-). The property manager, Dean, was very kind and helpful with our requests, thanks a lot! All in all, a great stay and would gladly return to Estrella!
