We loved our stay at David & June’s villa which is in a small quiet complex. Perfect location for shops, bars and restaurants.It’s a real home from home which is equipped with everything you might need and the air fryer was a real bonus! Very comfortable furnishings and lovely comfy bed. The patio area is a great sun trap and lots of privacy. Communication with David was excellent with queries responded to very quickly. Will definitely be booking another visit soon.

Really lovely homely villa it had everything we needed & more. Super comfy beds, great showers, everything clean & fresh. Lovely quiet little complex too but not too far from the restaurants, shops & the beach. Will definately return & fantastic hosts.

Excellent communication from David the owner. Was very flexible on our arrival and leaving times. Spacious villa, had everything we needed, great WiFi. Good pool on site, not heated but it was 28/29 C early November so needed a cooling dip. Well equipped kitchen, loads of plates cups glasses and cutlery. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely clean property that is perfectly located for access to the promenade (with no hills!) and all the shops and restaurants.Tucked away in a corner, it’s next to a very well looked after pool that was not busy at all.No worries about getting up early for a sun bed here, there are 4 for your own personal use, thoughtfully supplied with padded cushions.Really enjoyed our stay here and David is an absolute gent.

Christmas Escape

Excellent location, few streets behind Spoons end of the strip. Very quiet complex. Nice big private terrace which gets the sun most of the day. Really enjoyed our stay.

Had a great, relaxing stay in this lovely detached bungalow / villa in a very quiet residential area of Puerto Del Carmen. Still only a short 5 min walk to the seafront with a nice sized shared pool. Would highly recommend booking this place.

Another fantastic stay!

Another wonderful stay at this villa, ideal location, ten minutes to the seafront, shops and restaurants. Perfect for exploring all of Puerto del Carmen. Turn left for a long walk to the airport runway or right to walk to the old town and harbour. Thanks again to David & June! Looking forward to next time.

Fantastic villa, quiet and spacious

This is an absolutely fantastic villa, in a quiet area and spacious. Having 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, has all amenities you would need. Only a 2 minute stroll from the nearest and well stocked Spar and from the sea front. Thank you June and David for an amazing villa and for the great communication. We'll be back!
