Dream House - Private Sun Terrace - Shared Pool - Close to beautiful Beaches & The Beach Promenade in Puerto del Carmen.

Split on two floors, this vibrant villa is the perfect home for those wanting a relaxing private holiday in Puerto del Carmen, Lanzarote.

The first floor features two spacious and bright bedrooms, the master bedroom has a comfortable Double bed, fitted wardrobes and direct access to its own cosy terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds again with wardrobes allowing plenty of storage space. Both bedrooms share a large bathroom with sink, a full size bath and shower.

The third bedroom is located on the ground floor with just the one single bed. There is a second bathroom also with a shower, toilet and sink.
Both pool and bath towels are provided for all guests.

The bright and airy living room is tastefully decorated with comfort in mind and features a flat screen TV with USB port. The villa boasts free WIFI throughout.
The modern and well equipped kitchen has everything one would need on a self catering holiday, including a four ring hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of cooking utensils and crockery.

Floor to ceiling sliding glass doors lead out from the comfortable open plan living and kitchen area to a private patio terrace with two sunbeds, two low to the ground chairs and a table and four chairs. The perfect private space to soak up the afternoon sun and enjoy al fresco dining.

The villa is situated on a peaceful complex with a large shared pool and sunbathing area which is perfectly located to soak up the sun all day long.

The main strip of Puerto del Carmen, is less than a five minute walk from this fantastic home and there is a large supermarket less than 100m away. The location really is unbeatable for those wanting peace and privacy, yet not far and not one hill to walk to enjoy everything Puerto del Carmen has to offer.

You don't need to clean the house, cleaners will arrive and take care of that. Only will we ask you please to throw out the garbage bins in the containers down the road.

Please make sure all keys are returned as you found them (House, Pool & Safe key and remember to lock the front door and then shuffle numbers once you put the house key back into the key box)

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Gorgeous property in a great location. The apartment is exactly as described - very spacious and spotlessly clean. There was everything you could need in the kitchen and bedrooms. The location is ideal - quiet but also only a short walk to the main strip where there are numerous bars and restaurants and nice beaches. The check in was easy - just a lock box for the key and Jeanette kindly booked us a taxi to return to the airport- a 10 minute drive (16 euros). Would highly recommend

Very spacious apartment in quiet area

We really enjoyed our stay in this very nice apartment in a quiet and secure block only a short walk from the main strip. The accommodation has everything you would need with plenty of space and a large patio which catches the sun most of the day. Highly recommended.

Great stay at the Dream House

The Dream House was exactly as described in the information pack. Spotlessly clean, well equipped and in a perfect location. The patio area at the back of the house had the benefit of all day sunshine and was a great place to enjoy alfresco dining and sunbathing. There is a big spar supermarket within a five minute walk and the many bars and restaurants on the strip were only a ten minute walk away. Our hosts provided all of the necessary information prior to our arrival and responded quickly to answer any queries that we had whilst we were there. We hope to be able to return again next year.
