This modern two bed apartment, is the ideal apartment for those looking to stay in the sea-side resort of Southport.

The two bed apartment can sleep up to 6 people and comprises of two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom one has one double bed, and one single bed complimented by the crisp white Egyptian cotton bedding and luxury

The Space:
Parking - there is parking available at the property for a cost of £10.00 per day per space. We have use of a secure gates underground car park at the apartment block which you can rent a car space of us directly. We also have permits for on-street parking if this is something you would prefer. Please get in touch to arrange!

Bed Linen and Towels - This apartment, benefits from fantastic Egyptian cotton bed linen, and luxury Egyptian cotton towels which are provided for each guest during their stay at the apartment. All of our bedding is dry cleaned and freshly ironed.

Kitchen - We provide all necessary kitchen utensils to make sure you have the perfect stay. Access - There is a code for the apartment block. We will provide instructions of access are provided once the apartment once the apartment has been booked and 48 hours before check in.

Interaction with guests - Please note we use a guest app service, which will email you automatically asking you to sign our house rules as soon as you make a booking with us. 14 days before your booking, you will get a text & email prompting you to click on the link, which takes you to the mobile responsive website which has a map of where you are staying, directions to and from airport, train station etc . 48 hours before your stay you'll get another text & email which will tell you that your arrival details have been released which has all the access information to get into the property that you have booked for your stay. We will provide an emergency telephone number for emergencies during your stay. Please note we do not have a concierge service on site, so we can't store luggage in advance of your check in or after you have vacated the property. Please note we can't hold tickets to football games/theatre shows for guests.

The neighbourhood - Superb location, within walking distance of the Promenade, Southport Theatre and Conference Centre and The Atkinson Theatre. Shops, restaurants and wine bars are just a short walk away. And if you’re a passionate golfer, why not have a game at the famous Royal Birkdale? Only a 10 minute drive from the apartment.

Getting around - The train station is just a short walk away with frequent connections to Liverpool and Manchester.

Damn and leak in property

A leak in the property on a Sunday night in the lounge and water all over lounge floor Monday morning and on reporting it to the host the ignored my messages but sent other messages in relation to how to check out and hoped l enjoyed my stay...again ignored my messages again...even refused a partial refund or communication of any sort...have pics and video of proof of the leak also that l sent by email and still no further action

Family Reunion

Southport Family Reunion. Great location with everything within walking distance. Train Station to Liverpool a block away and only 5 pounds. Many good Restaurants to choose from. The apartment/flat had everything, two bedrooms, two bathrooms worked great for the five people in our group. Livingroom had a TV and wifi was good.
