We did not stay in the property after viewing it as we judged it to be not up to standard. We recommend the owners do the following before considering letting it again:- attend to mould issues (bedroom wall, kitchen)- clear up and ensure safety of outside space (clean up cigarette stubs, remove dangerous wood and rubble)- provide a blind or curtain in the bathroom for privacy- ensure kitchen is better presented and equipped (replace missing cupboard doors, provide microwave)- ensure cleanliness in all rooms (note sand on bathroom floor and crumbs on bedding)- reconsider price point. This was not good value for money as it stands
