Willowgarth House, Great Smeaton, Yorkshire Dales
Willowgarth House is a beautiful Grade II listed country retreat sleeping up to 12 guests across three floors, boasting gorgeous decor and an array of little luxuries, including a fantastic courtyard with seating area, barbecue and large hot tub. All located in the original grounds of Great Smeaton Manor just a 12 minute drive from the popular market town of Northallerton making this property an excellent base to explore both for the North Yorkshire Dales and the North York Moors national parks.
T his stunning property made up of the original water tower and stables offers rural views from almost every room all year round, making Willowgarth House the perfect destination when family and friends need a stylish abode to meet up and spend quality time together, whilst still providing ample space for those who wish to enjoy a little peace and escape to a quiet corner.
Upon entering the tall gates to the driveway leading you past the paddock and through the woodland, you soon approach the imposing water tower and parking area on your right. Awaiting your arrival the impressive well-equipped Farmhouse kitchen sets the scene, with a four oven Aga, large island with cupboards housing Emma Bridgewater crockery, not to mention the the huge dining table and chairs taking centre stage waiting for it's guests to sit down, relax and tuck into a wonderful homemade meal after a day exploring all North Yorkshire has to offer. Willowgarth House sleeps up to 12 guests in six beautiful, spacious bedrooms; four can be found on the first floor either by taking the spiral staircase from the games room or main staircase from the internal hallway and two further bedrooms nestled in the water tower on the second floor.
