Great location, easy booking system.

Plenty of room in the lounge with good place to eat. Big bedroom. Outdoor space. Great location Not so much a dislike as a preference. Only had free view tv - would have been useful to have smart tv as were in during the evenings as our toddler was in bed.

We really enjoyed our stay

The apartment was lovely and quiet for such a convenient and central location. We slept really well! No dedicated overnight parking space for us was a bit problematic, especially with two young children but we booked knowing this, so can’t fault the owner.

Fantastic location at a good price and everything you need

Fantastic location at a good price and everything you need. You can park outside, limited periods, but ok until 10.30am and from 16.30. We were out but you can leave your car up by the lonely tree cafe on the road which is only a ten minute walk away.

We had a fantastic three days wish we could have stay longer

Location and parking worked out as the property didn’t have parking but we were lucky we always found a space somewhere near - Takeaway’s, Central Pub The Heights, Indian Restaurant and Spa all on the door step. Great little balcony which with the weather was a bonus. Nothing - just maybe the stairs after we had walked Snowdon legs were done but really we couldn’t fault the property.

Not as described, not clean

The description of the flat is inaccurate. The private fenced garden is a concrete balcony covered in fake grass, accessed from the bedroom, not the lounge as stated. The mattress is simply worn out, badly stained and needs immediate replacement. Neither mattress nor pillows had protectors on them, a basic hygiene measure. The hallway, which has no natural light, had 1 light fitting not working, the other simply a bare lightbulb. The owner offered to bring a lamp but in a narrow passageway this didn't seem a good idea.We did not use the cooker as the oven/grill were dirty. We spoke to the owner about this; she made excuses about her cleaner having childcare issues and offered £20 cash for the inconvenience. I pointed out that cleaning the oven myself was too much to ask - she did not offer to get it cleaned, which is the least I expected. The point of the stay was to visit close family who have a newborn baby. I was planning to use the "fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare your own meals with ease" to cook food for the new family but in the light of the hygiene issues did not feel able to do so. Very sad about that. Neither did I cook anything for myself, so spent much more than I'd intended on food by using restaurants/takeaways instead of self catering as planned. The extractor vent in the bathroom is taped over so in order to dry out the bathroom after use, the only option is to have the window wide open. Fine in warm/dry weather. I cannot recommend this at all.
