About this property

Sunny and Bright end unit across from Kamaole Beach Park II

Enjoy this updated condo with your family or friends. Unit D-115 is located on the first floor in the rear building (quiet - no street noise) just steps from your reserved parking place #160, which is also just steps away from the condo's front door. The pools and barbecues are close by.
Just across the street is one of three of the best swimming beaches on Maui, which are all protected by lifeguards.
Our condo is equipped with everything you need for the beach: beach towels, beach toys for the kids, umbrellas, Tommy Bahama beach chairs and coolers.
Slate flooring in the living, dining rooms, kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen are granite counters, all stainless steel appliances (gas stove/oven, built in microwave, refrigerator/ice maker, quiet dishwasher, and large sink). Loads of lighting.
We like to keep a good supply of vinegar, oil, and spices on hand for your use.
The two en-suite bedrooms are completely separated for privacy. The en-suite main bedroom has an Instant Comfort Queen Bed with dual controls, a/c, ceiling fan, shutters, and luxury vinyl flooring. The newly remodeled (2023) spacious bathroom comes with a hair dryer, plenty of vanity and drawer space, and an oversized shower with handheld shower head.
The en-suite second bedroom has comfortable twin beds with one nightstand and lamp, ceiling fan, a/c , shutters and a shower over tub in the bathroom.
The spacious living room has a flat screen TV, a landline with free long distance to Canada and the U.S. mainland, free Internet access, a few board games and cards. The lamp on the sofa end table should provide enough light for reading as will the floor lamp. Enjoy stretching out on the recliner with your feet up. There is also an a/c and ceiling fan.
The large lanai that faces the swimming pool and beautiful tropical garden has a lounge, table with 4 chairs for dining, to enjoy your morning coffee, or cocktails as the sun sets.
Great restaurants, health food, grocery, and gift stores, activity booking, rental shops for boogie boards, snorkel equipment and more - are all within walking distance.
Wake up to the sound of the birds, smell the flowers, watch the sunset, stretch out by the pool with a good book, eat out at one of the many local restaurants or grill by the pool.
Time to do exactly what you want all day long on Maui.

Great unit minutes from Kam 2
This property is located across the street from Kamaole 2 Beach. The location can't be beat. Great food and shopping options are within walking distance. Booking the unit was very easy, and the owners and their local agent were very responsive. The unit was clean and quiet. We were traveling with a family member who required a mobility scooter. They were able to access the unit while on the scooter without any issues. The air conditioning worked great, even on warm days. The property has 2 pools but no hot tub. This particular unit overlooked the upper pool, which was very easy to acess. I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Amazing first trip to Maui
Our stay was outstanding and the condo was perfect. Super easy dealing with and communicating with the owners and property manager. Everything was as advertised and the place was clean and fully set up for our vacation. Location was excellent with quick access to the great beach across the street and pool area directly in front of the unit. Central location in Kehei with access to restaurants, shops, and all amenities. Appreciated having some staples like oils and spices available for our use as well. Morning coffees and breakfast on the lanai with all the amazing view, trees and flowers were just one highlight. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo at a great location!
We had a wonderful trip and really enjoyed this condo. The proximity to the beach was great! The condo had everything we needed. Our only complaint would be that there were tiny ants in the condo. We did notify the cleaner in passing as we were leaving and she was going to contact management to have this addressed. This small issue would not keep me from staying here again.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and as advertised. We did have some issues with the dishwasher not working properly, but it did not impact our stay. The condo community was very well maintained with beautiful grounds. Would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

We love Kihei "the desert area of Maui". We wanted to be in an area of Maui that didn't get a lot of rain, and this is the spot. We were looking for a condo that we could possibly eventually retire to, so that meant that it needed to be close, aka, walking distance to stores, the theater, and of course ... the beach. We wanted no stairs and quiet, so that is why we chose the rear building.

What makes this property unique

This is one of the best spots in Kihei. The pristine beach is close by, just a couple minutes walk from the condo and across the road. You can spend your entire vacation without a car. Restaurants are within walking distance; also shopping. A grocery store with many organic products is within walking distance and Safeway, Time Foods and Foodland are about 10 minutes away by car. Bars, ice cream parlor, The Cinnamon Roll Place, manicure/pedicure and more are within a few minutes walking distance. The complex is in a quiet location with 24 hour security on site.
