Kihei Akahi A105 offering direct ocean views! Prime location with beach access right across the street! This spacious 2 level townhouse is perfect or families or couples traveling together.

As you enter you will be drawn to the private lanai. Relax and take in the amazing ocean views. Enjoy your favorite beverage while watching a mesmerizing Maui sunset, or dine alfresco with high top table and seating for four. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors allow for indoor/outdoor living.

The main living area offers the perfect setting to relax after a fun filled day on Maui. Curl up and unwind with your favorite movie. Complete with flat screen TV and ceiling fan.

A chefs delight! Fully equipped kitchen with gas range, plate ware, and utensils as well as all of the cooking items any chef would need. No one will mind cooking with these views! The dining area offers seating for four.

There is a half-bath on the first level.

The second level offers a fabulous guest bedroom with king bed, and ceiling fan.

Enjoy your morning coffee and take in the gorgeous views from your primary bedroom with second lanai! Drift off for the perfect nights rest in a king bed, with a window AC to keep cool and ceiling fan.

The full bath offers plenty of space with double vanity and walk in shower. There is a washer/dryer for lighter packing.

Kihei Akahi is situated on six and a half acres of beautiful lush tropical grounds, with two great swimming pools, 4 large gas BBQ's, and a tennis court. You have everything you need with an activity reservation center, property office and library on site! It's location is ideal with beautiful beaches right across the street! Shops, restaurants and more walking distance from your unit.

Hard to beat location!

We had a great vacation and this property had a big part in that success! The rental is large and more updated than most. The location is just so hard to beat as it is in walking distance to nearly anything you would want to go to. Only minor gripes would be that road noise could be a factor (obviously that is a trade off being so close to the main road/beach), and the kitchen could have used a few more 'gadgets' and whatnot for cooking. Otherwise it was a wonderful place, that included some nice extras like Yeti Coolers, JBL Wireless speakers and more for use at the beach! Definitely your 'above-average' rental unit!

Great condo

This condo is clean, has everything you need and is in walking distance to many shops + directly across the street from the beach. Wonderful stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location is perfect. Close to shopping, right across great beach with lots of sea turtles. Description of property is 100% accurate.A/C worked great. Gorgeous views from both lanais. Well-stocked kitchen.Beautiful landscaping.

Beautiful place and location but..

Condo is in a great location amazing views absolutely stunning loved it. The only issue we found was black mold in the washer. Would highly recommend over packaging so your dont geat a horrible head to toe rash from doing laundry. Other then that great place to sleep

Excellent Family Vacation Accommodations

We had a wonderful stay in Kihei for 9 nights here, as it was very comfortable, spacious, clean and perfect for our family. Plenty of room and good communication from hosts. We enjoyed the spectacular ocean views and evening sunsets from our two lanais. Located across from the beach, with a short walk, and close to the swimming pool on the property. Would recommend to family and friends and definitely would stay again when we return to Hawaii. Mahalo.
